The Green Party of Suffolk is not a single band in the New York area, but they do offer a variety of singers and entertainers for your night out on the town. Just recently Stephanie Carlin played within the Babylon Green Party Gathering and amazed audiences as always.
Stephanie Carlin is a cross between Diana Krall’s voice mixed with an energy that can only be described as what Amy Winehouse would put out. Also Stephanie has an artistic freedom in her songs just like Ani DiFranco. Stephanie does scat singing and her songs are hard to forget with lyrics about American democracy and love that happens spontaneously.
Babylon Green Party Gatherings are held in Suffolk County on the first Wednesday every month. Music and other events are held with the party gatherings as their location. In Suffolk it is always a good time to get out and listen to some good music.
